今日はパートナーとこちらへ！
2週間前くらいに予約しました。
コースもありましたが、単品での注文。
入店と同時に広がるお肉のショーケース、高まる〜♪
テーブルに案内されます。
頼んだのはこちら。
本日の熟成肉盛り合わせ(数量限定)
・ワキバラ、ザブトン、ウチモモ
タパス盛り合わせ
クリスプラティスポテト トリュフ掛け
ジャンボマッシュルームステーキ ライムバターを添えて
熟成和牛のガーリックライス
シャルキュトリー盛り合わせ
グリル系のバルメニューが並びます。
スパニッシュとフレンチの間のようなメニューが多いですね。
お肉はその日オーダー可能な部位がチェックされてます。
ただ、どれも美味しそうなので、本日の塊熟成肉から選びました！4パターンありましたが、18：30頃にも関わらず1つは終了してました。私たちが頼んだパターンも、私たちで終了でしたね。
・ワキバラ:脂身が多め。わかりやすい表現だと、豚トロのような脂身がサクッとなるような食感笑 3切れ以上はクドい。
・ザブトン:ジューシーな脂が噛めば噛むほど溢れてきます。ただ、赤身も感じられ、めちゃくちゃ柔らかい。これは1人2切れくらいがベスト。
・ウチモモ:やっぱり赤身は正義。余分な脂は一切なく、それでいてしっとり柔らかく、旨味が凝縮されてます。オススメ！
単品で頼むとしたら、1種だけ脂身のある部位を頼んで、残りは赤身を味わうのがいいです。
タパス盛り合わせは、熟成和牛とシャキシャキ野菜の生春巻きが美味しかった！
ポテトは贅沢にトリュフが削ってあります。提供直後の香りは堪りません♪ ポテトもホクホクです。
マッシュルームステーキは、ライムの酸味とバターの風味がマッチ、柔らかなマッシュルームに染みて美味しかったです。ガーリックライスは〆ですね！刻んだ肉入り、これは間違いなく頼むべきです。シャルキュトリーの盛り合わせは、熟成牛の生ハムがなんとまぁとろける美味しさのこと…。パテも食べ応えあって◎。
ドリンクはビールからカクテル、ワインなど幅広かったです。
