1人（ワンオペ）で営業されている際、以下の告知あり。 |
気になっていたけど、お昼ごはん時はいつもたくさんのお客さんなので訪問を躊躇していたこちらのお店。タイミング良くすんなり入店できました。券売機でつけ麺のチケットを購入して着席です。お昼時を避けたのにも関わらず満席です。
ただ、他のお客さんに提供されるところから食べ終わって退店するまでの時間が経過したのに、こちらには提供されないって、ちょっと待ち時間が長くないか…実質ワンオペだから仕方ないけど…
その後、ようやく提供されましたが、私よりも先に入店した人よりも早かったので、もし逆だったら…って感じです。
ん〜個人的には普通な感じかな…
確かにスープは酸っぱい感があり、他のお店とは違うけど…
