I no longer eat curry when eating out. If I try making it at home by watching or imitating it on YouTube, even I, an amateur, end up with a curry that makes me think, ``Wow! I can do that!'' Then I got carried away and started making curry about once a week, and I thought maybe I could make a business out of it. That's what makes me think. Of course, the reproducibility of taste is low, so there's no way it could be done. So, I ate curry for the first time in a while. There seems to be a chain of Indian/ Nepalese Cuisine, so they serve a wide variety of dishes. I didn't have high expectations, so I ordered the cheapest lunch A, chicken curry, rice, and spiciness level 3. First, a cabbage salad with the dark orange dressing that is familiar to Indian Cuisine came out. Yeah, I don't like this, it's sweet. That's what I thought, but somehow the sesame flavor was subtly effective, so it wasn't that bad. After the iced tea was served casually, the main dish, chicken curry and saffron rice, finally appeared. I brought the slightly sticky curry roux to my mouth. Yeah, it's good. The correct answer is spiciness level 3. A variety of flavors are mixed together, giving you the umami that is typical of curry. This spoon won't stop. Scratch it in vigorously. I think the taste is probably tuned for Japanese people, but it's twice as good as home-style curry, and it's a hit with my tastes. The portion is just right and you feel very satisfied. I've decided on this as my everyday curry restaurant from now on.
