日本橋の街並みもクリスマス・イルミ一色に
染まって来たと言う事は、私の定年も迫って
来たと言う事で元部下達（全員女性）が送別
の会を開いてくれました。
（失礼、先輩のＯＢの方も１名参加）
場所は此処「大手町ＺＩＯＮ」京橋のお店は
伺った事あるのですが此方は初めて。
乾杯のスパークリングから始まって勿論の事
ながら飲み放題の設定になってます。
元部下達は、かなりイケる方々が多いので場
は一気に盛り上がります。
私が上席に居た頃もベラベラ長広舌の挨拶は
しないで、ゆるーく楽しむ飲み会でしたので
昨日も、そんな感じ。
・イベリコ豚の生ハムサラダ
・スペイン風オムレツ
・海老とマッシュルームのアヒージョ
・バケット
・豚ロースのグリル
・ペンネカルボナーラ
・魚介のパエリア
・クレーマカタラーナ
生ハムは臭みが無く塩味が強めで野菜良好
トルティージャはかなりしっとりタイプで
意外な感じ。
まぁ、アヒージョとバケットは間違え様が
有りません。
豚ロースは塩・胡椒だけですが脂身が旨く
ワインが進みます。
ペンネもパエリアも一寸薄味でお肉の後を
上手くフォローして居ます。
皆様から定年の記念に私の名前入りのワイン
を頂き感激してた上、最後は花火付きのアニ
バーサーリープレートを出して頂き更に感激
いやはや良い部下達に送って頂けた事が最高
に嬉しい冬の宵でした。
