好きなタイプのうどんでした
前回は19時20分頃（閉店時間20時）に行ったものの、うどんの玉が無くなったとのことで食べられなかったので、今回は18時頃に行きました。
食券制です。
冷やし肉うどん（中）と半熟卵天を注文。
麺はノメノメっとしていて私好みで美味しかったです。
甘辛く煮た牛肉と半熟卵天がよく合います。
また、うどんが食べたくなったら来ようと思います。
次回は釜玉バターかな？

訪れるのは2回目です。
今回は釜玉バター（中）にとり天とちくわ天を追加。
白いうどんにオレンジ色系の黄身が絡まるとなんとも言えない魅惑的な色になりますね！
そこにテーブルに置かれた釜玉用の出汁を廻しかけて。
ホント旨い！
これ考えた人尊敬します。
一つだけ欲を言えばもう少しバターが多めなら良かったのにと思いました。
とり天とちくわ天もカラッと揚がっていて美味しかったです！
とり天はツユも良いですが、塩で食べた方がより美味しく感じました。
