平日の11:40頃到着し、お店の外の列に5分ほど並んで入店、食券を買って席に案内してもらいました。この日は釜玉バターうどんをチョイス。すでに卵なのについつい半熟卵天ぷらもつけてしまった！運ばれてきたおうどんはまずお美しい…めんは、柔らかくてふわっとしていました。コク旨い濃厚の卵黄とバターが絡み合って、至福の時間を楽しみました。サイズを選べて、中 にしたけど大でも行けそうです。もしくは中にして、他のうどんを小で追加するとか…
