2019年08月23日個室と地鶏和食なか匠神田店同僚と一献。
個室と地鶏和食なか匠神田店
神田駅すぐのビルにあるこちら、個室居酒屋ということで和のエントランスがお出迎え。
入り口で靴を脱いで入るので気持ちも緩みますな（笑。
メニューは鳥を中心にした和食系。居酒屋なのでもちろん刺身など魚もある。
ドリンクもビール、日本酒だけでなくワインなどもありどんな好みにも対応できそう。
日本酒は人気銘柄中心って感じかな。
今年は暑いのでビールが美味い。キリッと冷えていて良い。
途中からジムビームハイボールで。ハイボールもバリエーションがあったな。
まずはお通しの鳥わさ明太子和え。ねっとりとした食感がよし。
刺身盛り合わせ3種。赤白青とバランス良し。日本酒も良かったかなぁ。
新鮮な青魚は臭みが少なくていい。
鳥もの。まずは鳥南蛮。上にタルタルではなく下にってのは変わっているかな。
がっつり感ありますね。
こちらは炭火焼。真っ黒で一瞬びっくり。こちらもがっつり。
鶏皮ポン酢。がっつり来るものだけでなくこんなさっぱりとしたものも。
これ以外にもメニューは豊富なのでお腹の具合に合わせて対応できるんじゃないかな。
個室ということで周りの眼を気にせずくつろげるけど近くにグループがいるとちとうるさいかも。
仲の良い少人数がいいかな。
今回は同僚と仕事から趣味の話をのんびりと。遠くのグループの声が響いていたけど話を邪魔するほどではなかったのでよし。ま、たまにオフの情報交換もよろしってことで。
