We offer carefully selected Kyushu cuisine made with fresh fish and local chicken delivered directly from Kyushu at reasonable prices. The modern "Japanese private room" allows a small number of peopl |
Today, I enjoyed Kyushu cuisine at Nakatakumi in Kanda. I chose this place because I could enjoy fresh fish and local chicken. The atmosphere of the shop is Japanese-style, and the lighting and other features give it a luxurious feel. I was able to enjoy my meal in a completely private room. The first appetizer that came out was vermicelli. The simple yet refreshing taste whetted my appetite. The chicken skin ponzu sauce had a good texture and the sourness of the ponzu sauce was a nice accent. It was voluminous, and even though it was chicken skin, it wasn't too greasy and had protein and was very delicious. The Kujo green onion golden sesame tofu salad looked beautiful and had a good texture, and I was especially impressed by the smoothness of the tofu and the flavor of the sesame sauce. The three types of sashimi included salmon, amberjack, and amaebi. Everything was very fresh, and the flavor of the amberjack and salmon was particularly impressive. The boiled Kinmedai was soft, proteinaceous, and not greasy, which I liked. Also, the sauce from the simmering soaked in nicely. The deep-fried puffer fish had thick white meat, fluffy and soft, and was fried crispy on the outside, and was very delicious! The chicken Hot Pot had mentaiko in paitan soup, and it went well with the rich soup and was very delicious. Mentaiko was very delicious when I lightly boiled the surface and ate it. I didn't want soup, so I ordered the zosui set, and it was the perfect way to end a meal. Overall, I was very satisfied with the beautiful presentation of the dishes and the dishes that brought out the flavors of the ingredients. Also, the beautiful staff were polite and made me feel comfortable. This is a store that I would definitely like to use again in the future. Thank you for the meal.
