[South Indian Cuisine Meals] Special dishes centered on healthy curry made with rice as the staple food, vegetables and coconut oil♪ Our restaurant does not use chemical seasonings or additives, making our dishes a place where you can enjoy the authentic taste. We are here ♪ You can enjoy the cuisine of a chef who has honed his skills at the 5-star hotel "Casino Hotel" located in the authentic state of Kerala, India. |
With a colleague after work. About a 7-8 minute walk from Awajicho Station, a Indian Cuisine store with a restaurant along Police Street. A popular restaurant where spicers rush in search of the authentic southern Indian Cuisine released by the owner who has been trained at a local 5-star hotel. '18-'23 100 Famous Stores Award-winning store. On this day, I had a drink with a colleague at the workplace where I used to work. I booked the course two weeks ago and visited around 7pm on a Tuesday. The restaurant is not very large, and all 16 seats at the slightly narrow table are already fully booked (∩, ∀, ∩) There are several types of courses, but since it was my first time using it, I chose the basic standard course. The lineup consists of an appetizer platter, Caesar salad, beef cutlets, roast chicken, curry meals, and mango Gelato in order of serving. Below are some of the things that left an impression on me. The tomato and paneer appetizers are made with honey. The sweet and spicy combination with spicy potato salad & papad is a high degree of snacking. The beef cutlets are very coarsely ground and very satisfying. The tender roast chicken has a tomato base with spices and mint for a refreshing taste. For the main course of meals, I chose dry chicken curry. The rice is like indica rice in shape, but it has a chewy and plump texture. The impressive fluffy texture of Porota that you will have for the first time. It's impossible to measure how many spices are in it, but anyway, you can get drunk with the multi-layered flavor and gentle spiciness (* '꒳'*) In such a way, the ability of a popular restaurant in the curry battle zone is enjoyed only by a fool-tongued Minami Indian Cuisine beginner. If I have a chance, I would definitely like to revisit it for lunch alone. It was a ♪ treat
