今日のランチは神田です。今日はパスタの気分ではなかったのですが、このイタリアンレストランの通りの看板見てたら、、なんだろう？引き込まれてそのまま入店。
パスタランチは7種類。どれもネーミングが気になるものばかり。
牛すじ肉のラグーソース。
青じそと海老のペペロンチーノ
ベーコンとキノコの明太子クリーム
なすのピリ辛！アラビアータ

小さな厨房で、3人の男性スタッフが、客対応からガスバーナーでのソースの仕上げをテキパキとしており、活気がありとても好感が持てます。お店も縦長でオペレーションが大変そうだけど店長の気配りは見ていて気持ち良いです。周りは牛すじラグーソースが注文多めでしたが、私は“レッド”カルボナーラを注文。すぐにサラダが出てきます。
さて、しばらくしてカウンター越しにパスタの到着。
うん、少しピリ辛、クリーミー。そして何より、このモチモチの生パスタ。美味しいです。
またきます！メニュー制覇したい！
