The training in Kanda is over. I feel like making a detour. I was thinking of going to a few restaurants, and among them I went to "Motsusen". It's a chain with about 8 restaurant, but this was my first visit. It was early, so there were no customers. I started with Hoppy Black. The Hoppy set is 399 yen, the appetizer is 299 yen (excluding tax), and I added two medium ones for 199 yen. Fresh! Pork liver steak 399 yen It's cooked to a certain extent, but the inside is fluffy. It's better than having it half-rare. Liver, top white, and skirt steak with sauce. 150 yen each. The liver is not too rare, and it tastes good. I guess many people prefer it rare, but if it maintains its soft and fluffy texture, I think it tastes better cooked. I had dinner when I got home, so I finished with this. The bill was 2130 yen including tax. The quality and price of Grilled offal are comparable to other chains such as Shimonya and Chikuzenya. However, what I thought was better than those was the customer service. Of course, it may vary depending on the store, but I was impressed. If I see this chain again while I'm out, I'll probably stop in.
