今回は、いつもお誘いして下さる皆さん達とのオフ会で利用です。
しかも、マイレビNさんのオススメのお店。
先に言っておきます。知り合いの店だから高評価なんてことありません。
どれを食べても本当に美味しかったし、女子が喜ぶラクレットもありました。
お任せだったんで食べたものはこんな感じでした。
☆牛さんのシーザーサラダ
オリジナルバジルソースが良いですね
☆ハモンセラーノ スペイン産生ハム
これ、肉の味が濃いです。原木は見れなかったけど上物かと。
☆カジョス
イタリアで言うところのトリッパ、トマト煮込みです
ハチノスの他にソーセージも入り濃くと深みがあるも塩分は抑えてるところはポイント高し
☆牛タン炙り焼き
焼く前のタンが見たかったな。かなり芯タンの部分かと。柔らかジューシー。
☆スイス産ラクレットチーズ
目の前でトローリ、見せてくれます。映えますね。

これらには4種のソースが用意されてます。
シャリアピン、おろしポン酢、ワサビ、すき焼きの要領で割り下と生卵。どれも美味しかったです。
☆魚沼産コシヒカリと国産牛のガーリックライス
余った生卵をかけても美味しいかと。

それも１つだけ豪華な！
なんと福島のラーメンレディーこと、Ｒさんの誕生日でした。パチパチパチパチ〜
