陶器ジョッキでドイツビールじゃぁぁ～
東京は神田にあるビアバー、シュマッツさんです。
台風一過どこの店もやっとらんのですがこちらは開店。スバラシイ。
東京で親族集まりビール会議なのです。
まずは限定ビールの「オクトービア」を陶器ジョッキでいただきます。
結構軽い香りのビールですがうま味が濃い感じ、近ごろIPAばっか飲んでますので逆に新鮮です。
アテはソーセージ盛り、シュニッツェル、ジャーマンポテト、ムール貝のビール煮、などドイツ的と思われるメニューを中心に攻めました。
チェーン店のビアバーではシュマッツさんの料理がピカイチと思います。
ソーセージでがんばっている点も非常に評価高いですね。
あとはビットブルガーやフルンヴェーと飲み進み大満足でございます。

東京は神田駅前すぐのドイツビール店SCHMATZさん初訪問です。
クラフトビールが好きなので最近、新店開拓に余念がありません。
そんななかドイツ感を前面に出しているのがこちらお店です。
ドイツ風の日本地ビールや本場ドイツビールなど8種ほど取りそろえておられます。
そのすべてが生ビールでの提供という点もポイントアップではないでしょうか。
料理は枝豆チーズとヴァイスブルスト。どちらも1人で食べる量じゃないなぁ。。。。でもオイシイです。料理もたくさんたのめるので4人くらいで行くのが一番楽しそうかと思います。
店内も賑やかな感じです、静かにいただきたい人には向かないかもしれません。
神田は店舗数も多いのでしばらく楽しめそうです。

コロナ禍にもまけず、店舗展開を続けられています。こちの神田店は結構初期からあるお店と思います。
今日は息子が初シュマッツ、ということで定番的なソーセージ類を中心に攻めました。
やぱし、ヴァイスブルストは絶品ですな。皮を残して中身だけを食べる食べ方を伝授いたしました。
ビールはヴァルトリング、プリンツィンガー、ビットブルガーと飲み進みました。
アメリカやイギリス系と比べるとクセがありませんね。ググッと行っちゃいました。
