今回は嫁・子供達とではなく、仕事で東京に行った際に伺いました。
場所は新御茶ノ水駅から徒歩数分。高架下に店を構える肉バル、ブッチャーズ 八百八 御茶ノ水店さんです(●･ω･)/
同店は、カタマリニクを使った豪快な盛り合わせ系料理が人気だとのこと。
ということで今回はビール・赤ワインと共に、以下をオーダーしました。
①前菜の盛り合わせ
：生ハムやサラミ、鴨ロースなどが盛り込まれており、口直しのキャロットラペも良いアクセントになっています。
②ブッチャーズ3点盛り
：豪快にステーキや豚のグリルが盛り付けられたプレート。がっつりとお肉を堪能しました。
賑やかな雰囲気で肉料理を楽しむには、ベターなお店。また機会があればお伺いしたいと思います。
