妻恋坂を本郷方面に上っていくと、アパホテルが見えてくる。
ここにもアパホテルが出来たのか。
まさに都内はホテル戦争状態ですね。
さて、このホテルの1階にはレストランがある。
アパホテルは戦略なのかホテルごとにレストランをテナントとして入れている。
このホテルの場合はイタリアンというか洋食というか。
店頭にあるメニューは豚肉料理とパスタがランチとして出ている。
それなりの値段です。
店はまだ客はいません。
時計を見ると11時30分ですから、ちょっと早いか。
ホールは女性が担当。
こじんまりした店内ですが、なかなか落ち着く感じだ。
お勧めを聞くと、蔵王豚を使ったグリルかハンバーグが良く出るとのこと。
蔵王豚１00％のハンバーグは意外に食べた経験が少ないので、これにしょう。
お値段は980円。
ドリンクは別料金だがセットならプラス300円。
アイスコーヒーにしました。
最初はサラダ。
まぁ、こんなもんでしょ。
和風のドレッシングがやけに酸っぱい。
続いてスープ。
枝豆の温スープ。
蒸し暑いので冷製の方が良かったが。
スープは枝豆の風味がかなりします。
というか少し粉っぽい。
少しエグミがあり、少し残念。
ハンバーグはやや小ぶり。
ライスの量も少ないか。
ソースはデミグラスにしました。
ナイフで切ると肉汁が溢れてきます。
肉は豚肉だけにしてはかなり濃厚です。
ソースのせいかもしれない。
付け合わせは野菜の素揚げとマッシュポテト。
ブランド豚とのことだが、濃厚な味が特徴なのだろうか。
味としては好みの範囲だが、平凡な感じも否めない。
最後は珈琲。
しっかり焙煎されて美味しい。
豚肉をメインにしているようだが、もう少し特徴が欲しいところだ。
