福岡発の居酒屋。
友人と19時30分に訪問。
開放感のあるカウンターとテーブルに加え、外のスタンド席もあり立ち飲みも可能。これからの季節におすすめです。
厨房は店主さん1人回し、お客さんは常連さんやカップルで賑わってます。カウンターで店主さんとお話ししながら1人飲みなんかも良さそう。

最近流行りのデザイングラスが可愛い！
ドリンク写真撮っている方も多いです。
アボカド塩昆布はのアボカドに白醤油？をかけ塩昆布を乗せたTHE シンプルな仕立てですが、アボカドのなめらかな口当たりと塩昆布と白醤油の旨みが相性◎
コマツクリスピーポテト コインカットされた北海道産のじゃがいもを中心にも切れ込みを入れて揚げたもの。
写真では見えづらいですが、付け合わせのアボカドマヨをディップして食べます。外側サクッと中はホックホクで、素材の旨みがダイレクトに感じます。これは病みつきになりそう。（ほぼ全卓が注文されてました）
塩唐揚げは衣はバリバリ系のジューシーというよりは食感しっかりタイプ。醤油ベースのタレが付きます。
ボロネーゼには山盛りのパルミジャーノチーズがかかっています。はじめはチーズと混ぜずに食べると味変を楽しみながら食べられます。
麺は『BIGOLI』の生パスタ。アルデンテな食感とゴロッと粗めに挽いた牛肉が印象的ですが、ちょっと獣臭が強いです。個人的にはもう少し香味野菜とソースを増やしてもらえると嬉しいかな。
ポーションもそこまで大きくなく、料理も美味しいので店主さんとお喋りしながら1人飲みなんかも良さそうです。
