神田の麻婆豆腐店です。
神田ボンベイへ向かう途中に発見、
急遽こちらで食べてみる事にしました。
夜の訪問20時〜
店内は空いています。
麻婆豆腐専門店らしく、
メニューは麻婆豆腐が並ぶ。
カレー麻婆豆腐もありましたが、
辛さが小辛と言うのがイマイチ…
（言えば辛くしてもらえるかも？）
個人的に麻婆豆腐は辛くてナンボなので、
激辛麻婆豆腐の炎魔を注文1600円。
インスタフォローで杏仁豆腐がもらえるので、
それも頼みました。
スープとザーサイが食べ放題になっています。
スープは普通ですが、
ザーサイが結構美味しい。
そして炎魔。
唐辛子が大量に投入されており香ばしい。
食べてみると辛さはそれほどではなかった。
ココイチで言うと4〜5辛くらいか。
花椒はそれほど利いてないですが、
卓上に花椒が置いてあります。
肉味噌の旨味が強いタイプで、
全体的に油が少なく食べやすい。
辛くて美味しい麻婆豆腐と言うのは結構貴重かも。
杏仁豆腐は高級なバニラアイスに近い味わい。
白胡麻が良いアクセントとなり、
杏仁豆腐って感じからは離れていますが結構美味しい。
炎魔が楽勝だったので辛さについて聞いてみると、
辛さに対しては以下のようになるらしい。
炎魔 中国の唐辛子
炎魔大王 中国の唐辛子とハバネロ
炎魔界王 中国の唐辛子とスコーピオン
炎魔破壊神 中国の唐辛子とキャロライナリーパー
とランクアップしていく模様。
炎魔が楽勝だからと言って炎魔大王以降も楽勝かどうかは怪しいかな…
