今年お世話になった大学の先生方と和牛懐石 別邸 喜久むらで忘年会。
先生が懇意にしているお店らしく、流石に旨い。
付き出しのおつまみ系の中で、カラスミは自家性らしく味が詰まっている感じでお酒にメッチャ合う。
刺身はマグロもアワビもタイも旨味が強くて最高。
この後、和牛ステーキとお鍋が出たのだが、つい飲み過ぎて写真を撮るのを忘れてしまった・・・
和牛懐石のお店でメインの和牛ステーキ撮り忘れるとはレビュアーとして情けない・・・
