濃いめの塩分を摂って緩め月曜日の身体に喝!
あえてサービスのご飯は食べないとがスープ全部飲み干すことは出来ませんでした。
BGMはビートルズ。8ビートが箸をすすめます。
中華そばの並、900円でもお腹いっぱいです。
初回はラードが浮いたスープが熱々に感じましたが今日はそれほど熱く無かったです。

ちゃん系ラーメン

神保町にあったさぶちゃんを思い出し初訪問。
11:40に店着、自販機で中華そば900円也をSuicaで決済。待たずにカウンターで待つこと2分。スープは塩味が濃くさぶちゃんを思い出す。麺は平打ちストレートでかなり軟くここは大きく違いっていて残念でしたが、濃い塩味の中にも懐かしい中華そばの出汁は美味かったです。
特筆すべきはやはりチャーシュー！美味しかったです。
追記:かなり塩味を感じたのに食後5時間経過しても喉があまり乾かないので魔法の白い粉は使用していないか極小だと思います。
