神田での飲み会の後に訪店しました。
まず、ちえちゃんラーメンの表示が小さくて、2往復ほど店の前を行き来しました。
店外に券売機があり、初めてで迷ったらコレという表示に従い、チャーシュー麺1200円の食券を購入、結構酔っ払っていたのて、10200円を投入して9000円のお釣りを取り忘れ…次に買った方がちゃんと教えてくれました。
日本人って本当に優しくて温かい、感謝感謝です
そんなトラブルもありつつ、店外行列は7人ほどでしたが、回転率は良く10分ほどの待ち時間で座れました。
着席して数分で着丼、鶏ガラスープを覆うように細切れのチャーシューが散りばめられています。
スープは塩分濃いめですが、飲んだ後にはやたら美味しく感じます。
麺は中太ちぢれ麺、ちゃん系ラーメンは初めて食べましたが、白河ラーメンに似てるかなという感じです。
チャーシューも柔らかジューシーで、絶対健康に良くないと思いながらもスープまで完食してしまう一品でした。
卓上のニンニク入れ過ぎ注意です。
