本日は秋葉原で昼ラーメンです。
これが2022年の麺喰い納めになることでしょう。
秋葉原駅と神田駅の間、中間付近。
都道302号線と中央線が交わるあたり位置する。
店内の券売機で食券を購入。
メニューは、鶏白湯、特濃煮干、まぜそば、中華そばの四種類。
本日は、特濃煮干そば（￥900）をいただくことに。
ランチタイムは、半ライスが無料。
少し待たされて登場です。
スープは、特濃、まさしく濃い煮干し。
煮干しの風味、味わい、さらに苦味が存分に堪能できる。
濃いけど意外と後キレがよくて飲みやすい。
麺は細めのストレート麺。
浅草開化楼のもの。
つるしこ、もちっとほどよい弾力ある食感。
風味もあってなかなか。
チャーシューは、脂少なめ肉感。
噛み応えがあって、肉の旨みが噛むと広がる。
メンマは太めの短冊形。
筋張ってなく柔らかめ、さっくり歯切れがいい。
味付けはしっかりとしてある。
海苔は刻み海苔。
ナルトは、黒白の
青菜はしんなり気味の小松菜。
2022年、麺の喰い納め。
