仕事で東京に行くなんて何十年ぶりなんでしょう。
って事で研修で訪れた神田界隈。
お昼休みに食事しようと見つけたお店がこちら。
中華な店員さんの横柄さがなんとなく鼻につきましたが空腹には逆らえません。
名物と書かれた四川麻婆豆腐を注文します。
同行者も同じものを注文。
しばしの待ちで同行者分が提供。
待てど暮らせど私の分が来ない。
店員さんにお願いしてようやく提供されました。
そういうやりとりにも中華な店員さんの態度が…
まぁある意味本場の臨場感って事でwww
石焼き麻婆豆腐ですね。
見た目はグツグツと煮え返った地獄絵図。
レンゲで大きな豆腐を細かくしていきます。
ランチサービスでしょうか、白ごはんやチャーハン等が取り放題となっています。
太っ腹ですな。
まずは麻婆豆腐からいただきます。
辛い。熱い。
でも何かが足りない。
最近流行りの麻（マー）感がない。
辣（ラー）は十分にあります。辛さに関しては合格。
麻婆豆腐の語源は麻婆さんの豆腐料理だから間違ってはないんだけど、
なんかこう痺れる山椒感が欲しいじゃないですか。
勝手に期待して勝手に期待外れ感を持ってしまったのはお店が悪いわけじゃない。
そう言い聞かせてデザートもいただき完食です。
ごちそうさまでした。
食べ放題のサラダ、チャーハン、スープ等でかなりお腹が満たされますのでコスパは良いと思います。
