ダルバート Aセット ¥1,600
平日17時30分頃に訪問したため、先客は一人のみと混雑していなかった。 奥のテーブル席に案内いただいた。
店内は、木材を基調とした東南アジア感もあるナチュラルな雰囲気。 BGMも無印良品で流れていそうなジャンルの曲が流れている。 所々に伝統工芸品も飾られている。
今回はメニューを拝見して気になったダルバート Aセットを注文。 約5分後に到着。
チキンと野菜のカレーは、茄子の旨味が溢れ出てきてブロッコリーも大きめサイズで入っている。
ダルは、優しいスパイスが効いていてダルのホクホク食感もきちんと残っている。
パスマティライスは、パラパラしているが若干水分を感じる。 ババドを砕いて混ぜると香ばしい風味とパリパリ食感が一気に加わってくる。
胡瓜のスパイス和えと法蓮草のスパイス和えは、それぞれ胡瓜と法蓮草の食感や旨味を感じつつスパイスも絶妙なバランスで絡んでいて特に美味しかった。
キャロットラペは、酸味が豊かで他のアツァール(つけもの)と合わせると更に美味しくなる。
タンドリーチキンは、味付けは控えめでチキンの焼いた香りが口に程良く広がる。
PayPayにて決済後退店。
全体的に野菜を一番に美味しくいただけるようにスパイスや調理方法も工夫されていて、毎日食べ続けたら健康的な生活を送れそうと思う程薬膳的な要素も感じた。
スタッフも丁寧で優しく、とても良い時間を過ごすことが出来た。
