この日は神田で仕事があり、『三馬路』さんでお昼をいただくことに。
初めて行きましたが、博多発のラーメン屋さんだそうです。
お店に着いたのが14:20頃で、外待ちのお客さんが2人の状態。
ちょうど出て来るお客さんがいたので、ほとんど待たずに入店できました。
この日いただいたのは、特製塩そば。
注文から提供までは7分ほどでした。
まずはスープからいただいてみると、魚介出汁の効いたスッキリとしてキレのあるスープで、ちょうど良い塩味。
細ストレート麺との相性も良い感じ。
特筆すべきはトッピングで、これが全部美味い！
豚チャーシューは柔らかくて噛むたびに肉の旨味が溢れてくるし、鶏チャーシューも柔らかさの中に鶏特有のサクッとした食感があり、塩スープによく合う味。
とぅるとぅるのワンタンは、プリッとした海老が入っていて、ちゃんとした海老の旨みを味わえる一品。
味変用のペーストや柚子も、スープの印象を大きく変えるわけではなく、ベースにプラスアルファするくらいの変化。
柚子がふんわり香るくらいの味変具合が、ちょうど良かった。
