本日は三馬路さんでランチです。
頼んだのは下記。
○特製昆布水つけ麺1400円（税込）
つけ汁は醤油、塩、煮干しから選択できるようでしたが、遅めのランチだったため醤油は売切れ。
しょうがなく塩でお願いしました。
麺線も美しく盛られた昆布水に使った麺。
まずは麺だけを頂きます。
煮干しも入ってるからか少し魚感を強めに感じる分昆布だけよりも旨味は強いです。
漬け汁はベースが動物系のお出汁にアサリと数種類の煮干し等の節を加えてとったもの。
塩なのでこちらもおそらく醤油よりも魚介の風味をより強めに感じます。
麺はちゅるちゅるの細麺ですがしっかりと腰もあり美味しいです。
スープ割は置いていないので、昆布水と麺に乗ってるライムのスライスを入れてスープまで完食です。
