昆布水つけ麺を食べに伺いました。12時開店とのことで11時50分で7名ほど並んでおり、開店時には入れず残念。とりあえず、昆布水つけ麺1400円の食券を購入し待つこと20分ほど。食券回収時につけ汁を塩、醤油、煮干しから確認があり、塩をチョイス。
入店時には私の後ろに12名ほど並んでました。そして実食。麺、昆布水、つけ汁、ワンタン、数種類のチャーシュー、ひとくち、ひとくちが色々な味や風味を楽しめて、とても美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
