11:46 到着。外待ち4人の列に並ぶ。開店時間になり食券を購入して着席。
特製昆布水つけ麺 塩 1400円
温かい麺は券売機のボタンが分かれているがつけ麺はひとつで食券を渡す時に塩か醤油か煮干を言う形。
12:00 着席。
水はテーブルにコップとポットが置いてある。
席はカウンター7席。
12:10 着丼。
丼に昆布水と中太麺、チャーシューにすだち。スープに海老雲呑2個、チャーシュー、刻みネギ、青菜が配置されています。特製の増量分が丼に追加されている。つけ汁は鶏に浅利と節との事だが良い塩味で淡麗系な感じ、甘みも感じられ美味しい。中太麺は小麦を感じられ歯応えもあり好みの感じです。オススメにある様に山椒、藻塩、柚子胡椒を麺に付けて食べてみると其々の薬味とのマッチングも良く楽しめました。海老雲呑は塩味がきちんと効いていて美味しい。チャーシューもきちんとした味付けで丁寧さが感じられ美味しい。残念ながら割りスープはなかったのですが昆布水を入れて美味しくいただきました。他のメニューも試してみたくなってきました。
