平日の訪問。外待ち3人程。神田の人気ラーメン店になります。博多からの東京進出店になるそうです。昆布水つけ麺が人気とのことで楽しみに訪問。少し昼ピークを過ぎた時間に行ったので比較的に待たずにカウンターへ案内して頂きました。今回は『特製昆布水つけ麺（煮干し）』をオーダー。先ずビジュアルが綺麗。麺線が整っていて盛り付けも整っています。カウンター卓上にオススメの食べ方の案内があるので、記載通りに麺だけから頂きます。たっぷりの昆布水に麺が浸されており味わい深く旨い。昆布水の使用食材を見る限り、かなりこだわって作られているようです。正直、麺と昆布水だけでも完食出来る仕上がりです。更に煮干しつけ汁に絡めて頂くと味変してまた美味しい。味がしっかりしたワンタン、チャーシューもゴロゴロ入っていて大満足な仕上がりでした。卓上に山椒、塩、柚子胡椒もあり、最後まで味の変化を楽しめました。オススメです。
