神田駅。
神田駅西口通の商店街のラーメン人気店を通り過ぎ進み、左折した道沿いにあります。
平日12:40店前到着。
食券を購入し先人4人に接続。
10分程で入店。
本日の注文
・特製塩そば 1300円
具材は煮玉子と海老ワンタンが魅力の一杯。
チャーシューも複数種類が盛られて嬉しい。
スープは塩、醤油、煮干と3種あり、1番左の塩を選択。つけ麺に油そばまであり、多種多様ですね。
程なくして着丼。
季節もあるのか隣近所のお客さんはつけ麺の方ばかり。
私の塩は…
麺は菅野製麺さん。
スープは魚介出汁をベースとして塩が優しく効いてとても美味しい。
椎茸とポルチーニ茸のペーストと柚子のペーストの2種を段階的に溶かしていただきます。
啜り心地の良い麺はスープを上手く引き上げてくれます。
塩は難しいと個人的に思っていますが、当店の塩は間違いなく食べたい一杯となりました。
