2022年2月21日、手作り感あふれる居酒屋 山さんがオープンしました。
地下の店内は、カウンター4席、4人掛けテーブル2卓、2人掛けテーブル2卓、
襖で仕切られた一段高いスペースにテーブル3卓あります。
ホールは、ベトナム女子と男子で切り盛りしてました。
メニューは日本の居酒屋メニューでありながら、
ベトナム系のつまみも並んでます。
どうやら、彼女たちがはじめたお店みたいです。
ちょいと喉が渇いたので、
キリン一番搾り大ジョッキ(660円+税)でカンパ～イ♪
ちなみに、中ジョッキは430円+税です。
お通し(250円+税)は、生ハム乗せポテサラ。
お姉さん店員さんオススメの
揚げ春巻き(190円+税)、豚ハラミ串焼き(200円+税)、特製つくね(250円+税)を
２本ずつお願いしました。
特製つくねは、ベトナムでおなじみのレモングラスに巻いてあるヤツ。
豚ハラミ串もベトナムの香り。
