こんな寒い日のランチは、勤務先の近くでサクっと済ます！という事で、普段は目に入らないような地下にある地味な居酒屋さんでのランチ。
先輩方のレビューを拝見すると、ベトナム人ご家族が経営されているとの事でしたが、店内は拍子抜けするほど純和風な居酒屋の風情。特に越南的な匂いは漂っておりません。
中は二つの大部屋に分かれており、大画面テレビもありーの、その閉そく感の無さはまるで地下階とは思えないほど。地上からは決して分からない、明るく綺麗なお店でびっくらしました。
この日頂いたのは、13種類あるランチメニューの中から『ネギトロ丼／1,000円』。赤身の鮪とネギトロペーストがぎっしりと敷き詰められており、美味しそう！小鉢はお豆腐、お新香、サラダにお味噌汁という組み合わせです。
例によって、小皿に山葵をのせて溶いたお醤油を全体に回し入れてスタンバイOK。流石は居酒屋さんだけあって、お刺身が新鮮で素晴らしい。
ネギトロはきっと業務用なのでしょうが、ジャンク好きの自分は結構好物。ご飯も固めに炊かれており、ネットリとしたペーストとも相性抜群でした。
接客はやはりベトナム人と思しき方たちでしたが、物腰柔らかく好印象。次々と入って来るお客さんは皆さま常連の風格でございました。
