神田駅から徒歩２～３分。
神田駅から秋葉原に向かう線路下にあり、2022年7月にオープンしたばかりで店内がとてもキレイなお店。
長野安曇野の地鶏「寿地鶏」を堪能できる焼鳥屋さん。

・地鶏焼き鳥6本（上もも、上むね、いた、てりかわ、こしのかわ、もも膝下）

・地鶏卵かけごはん、お吸い物
前菜のサラダ、とりわさは結構なボリュームで、どちらも絶品なお味
テーブルになんと私の大好きな京都の原了郭の黒胡椒と粉山椒がありました。これはポイント高いです！
さてさて焼鳥！
一本づつ寿司下駄に乗せていくスタイル。
口直しのガリもあります。
これだけでも上がりますよね⤴
どの焼鳥の部位もしっかりした歯ごたえと鶏の甘み、そして絶妙な焼き加減、本当に丁寧なお仕事されています。
食べ終えた頃を見計らって、良いタイミングで次の串を出して頂きます。
超希少部位のひざ下、初めて食べましたがしっかり脂身があり美味。
〆は地鶏の卵かけご飯
既に卵と御飯が混ぜてある状態に削りぶしがたっぷり乗って登場。
ボリュームたっぷりのコースだったので、〆前に既にお腹一杯でしたが、この卵かけご飯が美味し過ぎてペロリと平らげてしまいました。
今回はコース料理をご馳走になりましたが、アラカルトの注文では31種の部位がありました。
これだけでも来店の価値ありですよね。
ドリンクは日本酒、各種焼酎、泡盛などお酒の種類も豊富でした。
お店はカウンター、奥に個室もあり。
落ち着く雰囲気の店内で、来店当日は仕事帰りの女性が来店されていました。
再訪確定のお店でした。
