I visited here because I wanted to eat charcoal-grilled yakitori near Kanda Station. This is a valuable restaurant for smokers, as they serve authentic yakitori. There is also a semi-private room behind the counter seats. If it's a la carte, you'll be asked to select either 3 or 5 items, so I'll choose 5 items. The chicken itself is delicious, but it's cooked just right so it's all equally delicious. The a la carte dishes are also quite fulfilling, and I ordered 50g of extra lean horse sashimi. The horse sashimi is lean, so it tastes just right and is delicious. The chicken stock rolls have a strong soup stock that you can only find at a specialty restaurant. They have a lot of alcohol, and since Hakushu is 12 years old, I decided to try some Hakushu. This is a restaurant that I thought would be convenient if I wanted to eat authentic grilled food with a smoker.
