竜閑橋交差点近く、トーセイホテル ココネ神田の１階に
2022年7月、『Sakeria Banco（サケリア バンコ）』がオープンしました。
ワイン&日本酒バルということで、
ワイン派も日本酒派も楽しめちゃうお店です。
この日、20時頃にふらっと立ち寄りました。
男性二人で切り盛りしてました。
小ぎれいでオシャレな店内、カウンター６席くらいと
テーブル５卓くらいあります。
他に、スタンディング飲みもOKみたいです。
ワインでいくか？日本酒でいくか？悩みどころですが、
ワイン３種飲み比べ(1,280円+税)、日本酒３種飲み比べ(980円+税)ということで
飲み比べセットは日本酒の方がお安いので、日本酒にしました。
この日の日本酒は11種類あって、香りの高さと味の濃さで４象限に分類されてました。
モダン仙禽 無垢、尾瀬の雪どけ ひやおろし、義侠 純米酒をいただきました。
お通し(450円+税)は、レンコンの和え物と細巻きでした。
細巻きには、つんつん漬とチーズが巻いてあります。
本日のアテ５種盛り(980円+税)を見繕っていただきました。
５種盛りと言いながら、７種あってちょっと嬉しい♪
エリンギの浅漬け、キャロットラペ、合鴨の紹興酒漬け、山ウニ豆腐、
漬けまぐろのちりめん山椒和え、生帆立のひもトリュフポン酢、
鶏レバーのクロスティーニなどです。
ちょっとずつつまめで嬉しいセットです。
日本酒お替りは、リストにないけど酒屋八兵衛(600円)をいただきました。
気の利いたアテで、日本酒をちょい飲みしました。
