東京神田の飲屋街は、たくさんの大衆酒場や焼き鳥屋や立ち飲み屋がひしめき合っていて、仕事帰りのサラリーマン達の憩いの場所になっている。
神田駅西口から徒歩2分程の路地裏にある『神田西口もつ焼のんき』。大きな「の」の看板があるからすぐわかる。
朝挽きされた新鮮な豚を串打ちした、やきとんやもつ煮込みが人気のもつ焼き屋である。
今夜は友人に誘われて『もつ焼のんき』を初訪問。
堀切菖蒲園の「のんき」で70年近く愛され続けてきた名物しろたれを食べた。

◉鮮度の豚肉を串刺しにして備長木炭で店長が焼くやきとんは美味かった。また名物しろたんは格別な味わいだった。
スタッフもとても親切です。
