年の瀬の平日に、女性二人で伺いました。
神田駅から徒歩5分ほど。神田GEMの中にある、鮨しいな。
連れていくのも連れていかれるのもこんなお店が最適！
憧れのカウンター席はもちろん、大将を独占できるカウンター個室、贅沢で心からくつろげる大きな2面窓の個室もあり、おしゃべりな我々には嬉しすぎる。
カンパイは白ワインで。
白子であえたほうれん草とお醤油で炊いたあん肝、
大間の本マグロがとろりとほどけるお造り。
テンポよく提供してくださるので助かります。あまりゆっくりだとお腹いっぱいになってしまうので！笑
お鮨だけでなく、天ぷらも至高。
聞けば職人さんたちは帝国ホテルや天一など経歴を持たれる方々ばかり。なるほど納得のホスピタリティ。抜群のタイミングでお料理が運ばれてくるわけです。
帝国ホテル、ホテルオークラ、六本木グランドハイアット。日本を代表する一流ホテルの鮨店で腕をふるった鮨職人が3名。
天ぷらの名店「天一」で腕を磨いた日本料理の達人が1名。揚げたてサクサクの海老、春を先取りのふきのとう。白子はサク、トロ、幸せな食感！

それぞれ味わいのことなる良い酒たち。
ンーどうしよう、どれをお願いしようと迷っていたら
「では、すこしずつ飲み比べにしましょう」と嬉しいご提案が。
切子の素敵な酒器で可愛らしく登場。
天ぷらやイクラのをいただいた後にはキリリと日高見を。
食感がシャキシャキ楽しい赤貝のあとには泰斗を、と自分のペースでマリアージュを堪能できました。
2022年の〆にふさわしい、贅沢でしっぽり最高に楽しい時間となりました。ご馳走様でした！
