結婚記念日のお祝いに 神田駅から程近く、GEMS神田の4Fにある 『鮨しいな』へ
のれんをくぐると、高級感漂う店内にはひのきの無垢天板を使用したカウンターが！
おまかせコースのみのお店ということもあって、
敷居が高いお店のイメージで、一瞬緊張しましたが、
気さくな鮨職人さんのおかげで、堅苦しくなく、楽しい時間を過ごせました
特に塩で味わうお刺身、
富山の「白えび」の握りや甘くて柔らかい北海道浜中産のうにが絶品でした
鮨に合う日本酒も様々なご用意があり、夫もご機嫌
絶妙なタインミングで、お料理を出してくださるお気遣いが素晴らしく、
おまかせの食材は旬のもので日によって変わるので、お話を伺うのも楽しく、
寿司カウンターの良さを堪能できました
またおまかせ（都度注文するより、おまかせの楽さを最近知ってしまった）コース１択の明朗会計だから安心して食べられるのも嬉しい
