この日は後輩とお鮨を食べようと選んだのはGEMS神田のこちらのお鮨屋さん。
飲食ビルの4Fにある落ち着いた雰囲気のお鮨屋さんです。
カウンターの席が2つに分かれていて2人の大将が握る、比較的お鮨屋さんとしては大きめのお店。
個室の席もあるようです。
キャリアを感じる大将はとても気さくで、気軽に話しかけてくれる。
料理はまずはつまみから。
先付けの松前漬けの後に、刺身は、ひらすずき、鰹 塩わさび、ほたて。
鰹を塩とわさびで食べさせるのだがこれがまたよく合う。
そこから握りがテンポ良く始まる。
すみいか、〆さば、赤貝。
シャリの味も大きさもちょうど良く、テンポの良さもあってすいすい食べ進める。
天ぷらはわかさぎと舞茸。
鮨屋で天ぷらが出てくるのは非常に珍しい。サクッとした揚げで美味しい。
再び鮨に戻って、平目昆布締め、いくら、ぶり。
蟹の茶碗蒸し。これがほっこり美味しい。いいー出汁が出ていてうまい。
その後、赤身、アジ、車海老、大トロ。メインどころ。
赤貝は大ぶりでしっかりした歯応え。美味しい。
車海老もダイナミックなサイズ。大トロは程よい脂ノリで最高。
その後、玉で箸休めをし、赤だし。
終わりかと思ったらここから、雲丹、穴子 煮切り・塩、赤貝ひも巻きでフィニッシュ。
これで15000円！？
というコスパ。
テンポが良かったのでサクッと食べれた印象。
結構おすすめできるお店だと思います。
