お寿司接待@神田
コロナ明けに開店したお店で気になり利用してみる。
新しいお店なので店内は明るく清潔感があり。トイレも綺麗。
入ると正面にカウンター8席。右側に個室カウンターとテーブルあり、いろいろなシーンで使えそう。
大将みずからSNSを活用してこまめにお店の紹介をしていて、
そのかいあってか海外の人、とくに韓国に人気のようす。
大将も恥ずかしがることなく英語、韓国語などでネタの説明や世間話など積極的にコミュニケーションとっていて、
気さくで陽気なステキな大将。
電波は届かないため、入店着席後にWi-Fiパスワードを案内してくれたりとおもてなし感も申し分なし。
お料理は1.5万円のコースひとつだけど、コスパは良い。
つまみから始まり、天ぷら、茶碗蒸しなど挟み、お寿司も一通りのネタでまずまず。
飲み物もオーダーしてから出てくるまでかなり早い。
ところどころ店員さんにぎこちなさはあったけどそれもまたお店の若さで
これから時を重ねてさらに良いお店になって行くことを期待。
総じてまた利用させていただきたいお店。
