京都の本店は激混みと聞いてますが、東京はまだそこまでではなく、GWの谷間の平日のオフィス街ですので、今日は空いてました。
大盛りの鰹節は迫力満点です。食べる時は鰹節が飛んでしまうので、半分くらい小鉢に移してから食べるのが良いと店員さんにアドバイスもらいました。
まずは、卵の黄身を上に乗せて一口、二口と進めます。
付いている薬味との相性もよく、もっと薬味を食べたくなりました。
半分くらい進めたところで、小鉢に移してあった鰹節をかけ、置いてある鰹だしをかけてお茶漬けにして完食です。
お腹いっぱいになりました。また機会があれば行きたいです。
店のBGMは少しお店に合ってない気がします。もう少し店の雰囲気に合わせても良いかと思いました。
