神田駅から徒歩1分くらいにあります。
カウンター席+テーブル席(２人掛け)のレイアウトですので、2人以下での訪問がオススメです。食券制で電子マネー使用可でした。
醤油つけ麺上(¥1,400)を注文。
自家製麺のインパクトの強い淡麗つけ麺でした。
麺は極太の乱切りちぢれ麺。表面はツルっとしており、食感は柔らかく、噛むと小麦の香りと甘みが強くする麺です。
スープは鶏ベースの淡麗醤油スープです。鶏の旨み、そして酸味は少な目で醤油のコクと塩味をストレートに感じるスープです。
最後にスープ割を頂けるのですが、ゆずと生姜の2種類の味がありますが、醤油スープには生姜がオススメです。
自家製麺が特徴的なので、本店の麺を食べたくなった時には是非に足を運びたいと思います。
