2023年3月6日オープンの神田西口の十字路にたたずむ大人の屋台酒場。

■はちみつマッコリセット
マッコリの中に巣蜜をダイレクトに入れた一杯。
マッコリ自体が甘いのでそこに蜂蜜を入れるとさらに甘ったるくなるので正直微妙な味わいに。
■焼売5点盛り
階段状の台座に上から
・明太焼売
・高菜焼売
・海鮮焼売
・黒豚肉焼売
・錦糸焼売
が並ぶ一品。
プリっとジューシーな焼売たち。
■炊き餃子(鶏白湯レギュラー)
24時間煮込んだ鶏ガラで作った白湯ベースの博多風水餃子。
ぷるぷるの皮とむちむち餡の餃子に白湯スープがばっちりと馴染んでいる。
■〆のちゃんぽん
炊き餃子の残ったスープで作るちゃんぽん。
〆に悪くない一品。
■総じて
場所柄、客層も関係あるのか終始ワイワイガヤガヤと騒がしい店内。
店員さんもそれらのお客さんに振り回されている感じで決してサービスが良くないのが残念なところ。
メニューについても“はちみつマッコリ”や“焼売5点盛り”など映えさせようとする感じは伝わってくるのでどうにか頑張ってほしいお店だぁね。
