外堀通り沿いにあった楽宴が閉店し、
当店がオープンしたようなので行ってみました。
外の看板メニューを見てみると、
ランチは定食より麺類のほうが種類が多いです。
麺がウリなのかもと推測し、麺の中から更に無難な醤油をチョイス。
単品だと少ないので、セットと決めて店内へ。
14時前の店内は先客パラパラ。
ひとりで座れる小さなテーブルはないのですが、
相席になる時間でもないので、4名用のテーブルに座りました。
オーダーを伝えると、炒飯？麻婆丼？と聞かれたので、
炒飯をチョイス。
暫くするとトレーで運ばれてきました。
内容は醤油ラーメン、半炒飯、サラダ、搾菜です。
サラダはカットされて売っているお野菜でしょう、きっと。
ないよりはいいのですが。
サラダを食べ終えて、醤油ラーメンを食べてみると
中華スパイスがほんのりと味わえるスープ。
悪くはないのですが、中華スパイスを
クセと捉えるお客さんもいるかもしれませんね。
麺は縮れた中華麺。
トッピングは叉焼2枚、青梗菜、モヤシ、
メンマ、半玉子、葱、刻み海苔と具だくさん。
叉焼も厚みがあって、食べ応えはいいです。
半炒飯は、玉子、人参、葱が使われた炒飯。
油っぽさはないものの、ご飯がきちんとほぐされていなくて、
ところどころダマになっていました。
小皿の搾菜は可もなく不可もなく。
総じて、味はいたってフツー。
近年、「マジ中華」が流行ってきていて、
消費者の舌も肥えてきている中、面白みはない味でした。
でもボリュームから考えると安価。
所謂、今まで神田にある「安くて満腹に食べれる中華」が、
新しく一店増えたというところでしょうか。
何かひとつ、個性でもあれば足が運べるのですが。
オープンしたばかりですし、これから頑張って下さい。
