以前はイタリアンのお店があった場所に約2ヶ月前にオープンしたようです。
店内はカウンター席と立ち食いができるテーブルがあり、夜はワイン等ドリンクが飲める居酒屋になるようなお店です。
なかなか東京で山形名物の冷やし肉そばを食べる機会はありませんが、オープンしたので来てしまいました。
冷やし肉そば800円を注文。無料のたまごがけこばんは13時だったためか品切れとのこと。
しばらくして冷やし肉そばが提供されましたが、蕎麦はコシがあり食べ応えがあります。ネギが多めなのがうれしい。肉そばの鶏肉は歯応えがあるやや硬めで、個人的にはややしょっぱい感じがしました。また、スープはやや甘めですが同じく、山形でいただいた某店舗の澄んだスープと比べるとややしょっぱさを感じました。
とはいえ、それなりに美味しくいただきました。
