金曜夜に訪問。新しい店内はキレイで、若者やサラリーマンでほぼ満席状態。
テーブルとカウンターにはハイチェアー、立ち飲みのグループもいて、おしゃれなスタンドといった様相。
酒肴メニューは普通の居酒屋とは違う珍しいラインナップばかり。ドリンクも日本酒、焼酎、ワインなど豊富に揃えていますが、ドリンクの値付けはやや高め。
前菜盛り合わせ、オムレツ、鶏のたたきをいただきましたが、いずれも他店では出てこないような、ひねりの効いた食材と味付け。うーん、これは和なのか洋なのか。
店員さんも愛想良いのですが、店内混み合い忙しそう、調理場もフロアもトップスピードで仕事してます。
ゆっくり落ち着いて飲めないため、早々に締めの山形肉そば（冷）を頼みましたが、こちらはしっかりした麺の食感とゴマ油の効いた出汁が相性良く、美味しかったです。
静かに腰を据えて飲む感じではありませんが、グループで軽く一杯飲むには、良いかもしれません。
