2023/12/29 初訪問。
Instagramの写真に「いいね！」をしてくれた飲食店で飲み食いするシリーズ第65弾。
「鳥酎 虎ノ門店」時代に予約せずに行ったら満席で入れなかったので、今回は新店舗のこちらを予約して訪れました。
飲み食いしたものは以下の通り。

予約者の名前が書かれていたので、写真は無し。
最初に時間がかかりそうな物を中心に注文。
「すぐ出せる物でもどうですか？」という提案で
注文するかどうか迷った「ホヤの塩辛」を注文。
お通しでビールがほぼ終わっていたので、
「ホヤの塩辛」を芋焼酎ロックで。
塩辛過ぎないので、酒も進む。
牛どて煮は3倍ぐらい量が欲しかったし、
名物！と書かれた白レバーや塩ちょうちんも美味い。
塩ちょうちんに山葵を乗せている所も良かった。
九州のたまり醤油をつけて食べる、
熊本直送の天草大王の胸肉のたたきも美味いが、
うずらの卵を焼き鳥のたれに漬けたという
「どんぐり」は毎回注文したい一品。）

割と早いペースで飲んでいたので、
最後は島レモンサワーでさっぱりと。）
合計8740円でした。
鶏出汁おでんを食べなかったので、いつか鶏出汁おでんを中心に食べようと思います。
