JR神田駅南口から高架沿いに南へ行ったところ、
やきとん三吉と生ラム専門店 肉汁屋 神田の間に
2023年11月、焼き鳥 きんざんがオープンしましたっ！
名古屋発の焼きとりチェーン店。
2008年創業の株式会社きんざんが運営しているようです。
開店祝いの花がズラ～っと並んでいたので
ふらっと店内へ。
１階は、L字カウンター９席と２人掛けテーブル２卓あります。
２階にもテーブル席があるようです。
オープニングスタッフと本部から来たっぽい方が７～８名で切り盛りしてました。
とても元気がイイです。
自分のスマホで QRコードを読んで注文する方式です。
ドリンク１杯目は口頭で注文を受け付けてくれるそうなので
生ビール中(605円)をお願いしました。
キリン一番搾りのスリムなジョッキです。
お通し(330円)は、大根おろしとウズラの卵。
こちら、焼鳥のお口直し用です。
串は２本縛りがあるそうですが、
お一人さまなので、１本でもOKですと言われました。
１回目の注文は、当店スペシャリテのきんざん焼き(275円)と、
心臓(231円)、肝(253円)をタレでいただきました。
小ぶりの串が丁寧に焼いてあって旨いっす！
心臓と肝のタレはちょいしょっぱめです。
きんざん焼きのタレは甘辛で好みのタイプでした。
ドリンクお替りは、大関 辛丹波(605円)を熱燗でいただきました。
串は、きざみ大葉巻き(242円)、つくね(253円)、ねぎま(264円)を追加。
今度は塩にしてみました。
火の入れ加減が絶妙です。
塩の方が圧倒的に好みです。
後半は本部の方が焼いてたみたいです。
赤ワイン(605円)をお替り！
フツーの居酒屋より、味もお値段もワンランク上の焼鳥でした。
