【焼き鳥 きんざん 神田店】さんに訪店しました！
11/7にオープンしたこちらのお店。
本拠地、愛知県を中心に15店舗を展開し、更なる躍進を遂げる「きんざん」グループ初の東京出店になります。
こちらの「焼き鳥きんざん」さんでは朝挽きの新鮮地鶏を備長炭で焼き上げる焼鳥や、本場の味を再現したというタッカンマリを中心とした創作鶏料理をリーズナブルに美味しく堪能することが出来ます。
場所はJR神田駅からほど近い高架脇の飲食ストリートに位置。
店内は1F、2Fの2フロア構成にになっておりテーブル席をメインに47席ほど。
今回は友人との食事会で利用させていただきました！

印象的だったのが一品料理！
低温調理を施し安心安全のもといただけるというネギ塩トロレバーや炙り鶏もも肉の低温旨辛仕立ては食感が損なわれてなくレアな味わいが好きな方にオススメ！
お酒のアテとしても秀逸。
そしてタッカンマリ！
契約農家より仕入れた国産鶏を使用したタッカンマリは抽出された鶏のエキスと薬膳との掛け合わせが良い感じ！
締めのラーメンでスープを余すことなくいただくことほっこり幸せな気持ちになりますね。
様々なシチュエーションで利用出来そうなので、また、機会があれば是非伺わせていただきたいと思います。
