【感想】
名古屋から初進出のきんざんさん。
席は2階まであり1階はカウンター席で2階はテーブル席となっています。
今回特に印象に乗ったメニューをピックアップ★
★ ネギ塩トロレバー
低温調理をしている為、食感を生レバーに極限に近い状態でいただけます。名前の通りトロットロです。また新鮮且つ下処理がしっかりしている為臭みも無く食べやすく美味しいレバーでした。
★ 焼き鳥
焼き鳥は朝挽きの新鮮な地鶏を備長炭で焼き上げる絶品の焼き鳥となっています。串一本でもボリュームがあります。また焼き加減も絶妙で美味しいです。
★タッカンマリ
本場韓国の味に劣らない薬膳鍋のタッカンマリです。大きめの鶏をふんだんに使っています。出来上がった鍋は薬味と一緒に食べると絶品！体もあったまる。
タッカンマリは通販でも販売を開始したそうなので家でも食べれちゃいます。これからの寒い時期に買ってみたいと思います。
