Visited for a year-end party at work. It's winter, so let's all have a pot together! So, here are the courses and contents that I chose. Please note that the type of skewers may be up to you.・Seseri hotpot course Minced minced and mizuna salad Chicken skin ponzu Salt cabbage Seseri hotpot (scallion, tofu, sliced onions) Fried cartilage Grilled skewer (seseri, gizzard, kinzanyaki) Finishing the pot (Ramen, green onions, boiled Gyoza / Dumpling) Sorbet The overall quality was high and delicious, but my number one hit was the Kinzanyaki. No wonder it bears the name of the store. The meat is chewy and the flavor oozes out with every bite, and it's also spiced, so you can enjoy it for as long as it's in your mouth. The runner-up is the main dish, the seseri hotpot. Since it is a course meal, the ingredients are simple, but you can enjoy the flavor of the seseri as you eat. The first half of the lineup has a lot of vegetables, but I get the impression that some thought has been put into it, such as the minced salad with a little more flavor and a well-balanced finish. This is a restaurant that will make you want to order whatever dishes you like. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.
